Well, I've been doing A LOT of that lately and this is a track that I'm currently feeling that's a little different than what I'd normally listen to....

This is a smooth little track. It's grown on me since the first time I heard it...and this video is a grown-up version of 'Puppy Love.' LOL. It's kind of hard for me to get over the fact that this is the same dude who used to rock braids and crip walk for Big Momma's House. But he's maturing and this is a good look for dude...and ol' girl is some serious eye candy in this video.

Fashion Watch: Jackets

Spring is coming up and I know that it's about to be that time to put up the pea coats, the letter jackets, and throw on something lighter (anything under 70 degrees, I'm throwing on a jacket). I feel like a jacket as an accessory can set off any outfit...and I've been doing a little shopping around to see what jacket(s) I will be purchasing for the upcoming season. SMH. Something needs to happen, and NOW. Personally, I feel like it's the coaching, and that in turn plays its role on the chemistry, and flow of things...

...but things aren't looking up for us, at all.

...and it's like this every Monday and Wednesday. Lord help me!!!!

Thank God that The Padded Room (Joe Budden's 2nd album) leaked and I've still be banging Drake's mixtape, So Far Gone like crazy still!!! Because if it weren't for music, I don't know HOW I would be getting through these trying times in my life.

What Grinds My Gears About College....

Don't get me wrong, I love being in college and I appreciate the fact that I'm able to be in such a great position....but there are some things about college (undergrad) that really grind my gears....

• Student Loans
• Finals Week
• Multiple Tests Within A Short Span of Days
• Busy Work (school work that has no relevance or meaning but is assigned just to keep you busy)
• Not everyone is 'college material' maturity-wise (some people still have HS tendencies and thought processes, but with college credits)
• Drama (I know it's everywhere, but sheesh, seems like there's a LOT more drama in college then I had in HS)
• People in relationships (being a single guy, you walk through the student center or caf and see a lot of people in relationships and you KNOW they're going to get married shortly after graduation...and it's a bitter-sweet feeling)
• Being in undergrad, you know you're not done...you have grad school shortly after
• Finding yourself (your in a period where you're coming into yourself and who you'll be for the rest of your life)
• House parties (as much as I love to have fun and go out...a lot of them are the exact same week after week)
• Dorm life
• Posers (if you drink, you drink...if you party, you party....but regardless of what you do, be you; don't put up a front; everything done in the dark eventually comes to the light)
